Executive Leadership: Member of the Senior Leadership Team reporting directly to the CEO. Promote and steer the organization-wide "2050 Moonshot" strategy (80% college completion) across a network of 800+ scholars. Responsible for designing and executing strategic plan. Secure and nurture multiple multimillion dollar funding relationships to propel our work and impact.

Organizational Health: Oversee all programmatic, relationship management, and data operations, leading cross-functional teams (Success Coaching, University Partnerships, Data & Technology) and budgets, as well as research and development initiatives to power multimillion dollar annual fundraising model.

Change Management: Lead the digital transformation roadmap, selecting technology vendors and restructuring internal workflows to modernize a legacy non-profit infrastructure.

Department Founding: First hire recruited to build the research function from scratch. Defined the hiring strategy, technical stack, and data governance policies for the world's largest college application dataset.

External Relations: Served as the primary spokesperson for data insights, representing the organization to national media (NYT, Bloomberg) and the Board of Directors.

Strategic Partnerships: Negotiated and managed research collaborations and data sharing protocols with partners at leading universities across the United States. Partnerships resulted in high-profile research profiled in leading outlets such as NBER, Brookings, the Association for Education Finance and Policy (AEFP), and the EdWorkingPapers Series at Brown University's Annenberg Institute.

Project Leadership: Lead researcher managing a complex, multi-year partnership with the Louisiana Department of Education during a statewide policy rollout.

Stakeholder Management: Managed relationships with state policymakers and district leaders to ensure data validity and buy-in for high-stakes accountability metrics.

Managed editorial operations, review pipelines, and production scheduling for one of the nation's oldest education policy journals while completing MPP coursework.

Led large achievement gains in elementary school turnaround environment (95th percentile value-added scores). Selected as regional winner of the Excellence in Teaching Award.
